Dopo mesi di studi e ricerche sono finalmente riuscita a fare i Cupcakes! In occasione del viaggio a Vancouver dello scorso settembre, ho fatto una scoperta che mi ha lasciato sconcertata: Muffins e Cupcakes non sono la stessa cosa….ebbene sì forse ero la sola persona sulla faccia della terra a non saperlo eppure la cosa mi ha entusismato così ora a distanza di pochi giorni li ho potuti sperimentare entrambi. Nelle prossime occasioni sarà difficile fare una scelta perchè in quanto a facilità di esecuzione si equivalgono e anche il risultato è in tutti e due i casi strepitoso. La differenza essenziale più che nel gusto sta nella consistenza. I Muffins sono più simili al pane mentre i cupcakes si presentano più soffici, appunto come una torta.
